The owner of the Mercedes opened fire and wounded the driver at the intersection of the Moscow Ring Road and Varshavskoye Shosse and injured the driver, the man managed to be detained, according to “MVD.Media”.
The incident took place early in the morning on Tuesday, November 9. According to the police, there was a conflict between the drivers.
The motorist injured during the shooting was taken to the hospital. The perpetrator was a 34-year-old resident of the Moscow region, a pistol was found and seized from him. The seized weapon was sent for examination.
A case was opened under article 213 of the Criminal Code (“Hooliganism). The defendant was taken into custody.
Earlier, two passengers climbed into the open hatch of Mercedes and fired into the air on the way from Sochi to Tuapse.
