A Ukrainian journalist reported on the detention in Kiev of an employee of the Donetsk prison Izolyatsia 
An employee of the underground prison Izolyatsiya, located in the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DPR), Interfax-Ukraine reports.
Journalist Stanislav Aseev reported on the detention. As the newspaper notes, he spent 28 months in Izolyatsiya in 2017-2019, after which he was released as part of an exchange of detainees.

Ukrainian media have repeatedly written that Izolyatsia is a secret facility of the DPR Ministry of State Security, on whose territory detainees are tortured … According to the site “Peacemaker”, Kulikovsky was born in 1984, is an employee of the Ministry of State Security of the DPR and personally participated in torture, being the head of “Isolation”. The media also reported that he led Izolyatsia until February 2018 and was removed after beating one of the inmates.
