Closed tax evasion case against businessman Bykov

The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation has terminated the investigation of the tax evasion case against the Krasnoyarsk businessman Bykov businessman Anatoly Bykov, sentenced to 13 years in prison for two murders in 1994. This was reported to “Lenta.ru” in the department of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

The investigation was terminated due to the fact that the person involved in the case fully compensated for the damage by paying off the tax debt in the amount of 60 million rubles and penalties with fines for another 15 million rubles.

According to the investigation, from 2014 to 2017, the businessman entered into agreements with two companies, according to which the right to claim debt from three Krasnoyarsk firms was transferred to him. They paid him 467 million rubles, but Bykov, according to the ICR, did not pay taxes on these incomes. In addition, the investigation believes that the firms are affiliated with him.

On October 15, it was reported that investigators opened a new criminal case against Bykov under Articles 33 and 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Inciting another person by threatening to commit murder”) .

According to the investigation, in 1998, on his instructions, 48-year-old authority Vladimir Filippov was shot. Vilor Struganov, known as Pasha Tsvetomuzyka, was convicted for organizing his murder.

On September 7, the Sverdlovsk District Court of Krasnoyarsk, based on a jury verdict, sentenced Bykov to 13 years in prison for organizing a double murder in 1994. According to the investigation, he suspected that a 23-year-old member of his criminal group, Alexander Naumov, was preparing an attempt on his life – they had a conflict over the distribution of income from joint activities. By order of the businessman, on July 24, 1994, Naumov and his friend Kirill Voitenko were shot from a machine gun and a pistol by Sergei Bakurov and Vladimir Chuchkov. The first was detained and received life imprisonment, his accomplice is now on the wanted list. Another person involved in organizing the murder, Vladimir Tatarenkov, received 13 years in prison. He has served his sentence and is already at large. Anatoly Bykov did not admit his guilt.
