United Russia ”on the abolition of mandatory technical inspection for owners of personal vehicles. This follows from the electronic database of the lower house of the Russian parliament.
In addition, the deputies will discuss a government project on the possibility of applying sanctions against citizens of any foreign states and stateless persons who have violated the rights of Russians or committed crimes against them.
The deputies also intend to consider in the third reading two bills on additional guarantees of labor rights for workers with children and for those caring for disabled people of group I.

On the eve of the government gave a positive response to the bill on the abolition of mandatory technical inspection. According to the document, cars and motor vehicles that belong to citizens and are also used for personal purposes are exempted from mandatory technical inspection. However, the bill does not apply to taxis and other vehicles used to transport passengers. It is noted that technical inspection will be needed when registering, changing the owner, changing the design or replacing the main units.
On September 6, the United Russia party announced plans to submit a bill to the State Duma on the abolition of mandatory vehicle inspection. At the same time, according to the secretary of the General Council of the party Andrei Turchak, the procedure will remain mandatory when selling a vehicle over four years old.
