The TFR has put on the wanted list a suspect in a series of rapes, he has tattoos in the form of chakras 
committed in 2015. This was reported to “Lente.ru” in the press service of the regional department of the Investigative Committee of Russia (TFR).
There is a tattoo on the man's back: 6-7 rings, the so-called “chakras”, are located along the spine. Height is about 175 centimeters, age is about 22-25 years old, Slavic appearance, average build, flat stomach, blond hair.
According to the investigation, in the late evening of March 4, 2015, the suspect in the holiday village “Vishenka”, Guryevsky district of Kaliningradskaya region raped a woman born in 1960. On July 7, 2015, he also attacked a woman born in 1964 on a beach near the town of Pionersky, Kaliningrad Region, and also abused her.
During the investigation, it was established that the DNA profile of a serial rapist is identical.
