It is noted that in October 2021 Komarova suffered a coronavirus. For two weeks she was in self-isolation and continued to work. The head of Ugra announced her vaccination against COVID-19 in March 2021.

In turn, the leader of the Liberal Democratic Party of Russia Vladimir Zhirinovsky said that he had received six vaccinations against COVID-19 in a year and a half. The politician added that he also gets a flu shot every year. “Of course, this is a burden, it's hard, but we must secure each other,” he concluded.
