Deputy of the Rada Yasko asked the Georgian authorities to transfer Saakashvili to a private clinic former Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili is assessed as critical. Her words are quoted by RIA Novosti.
She said that “there are several hours left before a very critical condition, when a person may fall into a coma,” but Saakashvili refused to take medications, tests and blood transfusions. Saakashvili's girlfriend also appealed to the Georgian authorities with an appeal to immediately transfer the politician to a private clinic with appropriate conditions.
Earlier, Yasko called a video published in which former Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili allegedly eating in prison was fake. She noted that there are a lot of fake videos from the hospital on the Internet, made in fact in 2015 or 2016.
Mikhail Saakashvili was detained in Georgia on October 1 after he illegally entered the country … The politician was imprisoned under a sentence that was passed in absentia to him in the cases of the murder of banker Sandro Girgvliani several years ago. Saakashvili went on hunger strike in prison.
