As said the representatives of the Supervisory authority, the Prosecutor’s office puts the question is not about mitigation, but about the abolition of the sentence “and the termination of the criminal proceedings for lack of corpus delicti”.
“This decision can take the Kurgan regional court, if the Supreme court agrees with the proposal of the Deputy attorney General and Institute the appeal proceedings”, — noted in press service.
Previously it Korzhinek asked to cancel the verdict of the opposition leader, Ildar Dadina convicted of repeated violations of the rules of picketing. The wording was the same — lack of evidence.
