Realtor Barsukov: tax deduction at work can help with the payment of the mortgage 
Russians who are officially employed can contact their employer deduction for early repayment of the mortgage. This method of facilitating mortgage payments was named by Konstantin Barsukov, Director General of the Russian Guild of Realtors, Head of the Quality Control Service at Relight Real Estate, URA.RU quoted him as saying.
He noted that after submitting an application for a tax deduction, salary will be paid together with personal income tax.
“From the point of view of repayment of a mortgage loan, this is the best thing, because then you can immediately use this amount for early repayment, thereby reducing the mortgage burden,” explained the realtor.
According to him, in order to receive a tax deduction, you only need a certificate from the tax office, which must be provided at work.
Earlier, the Moscow realtor Natalya Pereskokova said that a home loan without a down payment is almost twice as expensive than standard. This happens because the bank uses tools to minimize the risks of its losses.
