Investigative Committee has charged four participants in the attack on a man with his son in New Moscow with her son in New Moscow, RIA Novosti reports with reference to Yulia Ivanova, senior assistant to the head of the Main Investigative Committee of Russia (TFR) in the capital.
The corresponding petition will be submitted to the Shcherbinsky City Court on November 7.
