Russian blogger suspected of vandalism

In Dubovka, blogger Nguyen painted angel wings on the wall of a cultural heritage site for which she could face criminal liability. The girl was suspected of vandalism after she painted angel wings on the wall and recorded a short video against the background of graffiti, the radio station Says Moscow.

The act of vandalism was committed against a building in 1913, which is part of the ensemble of buildings “House of Artamonov”. The head of the local administration Vasily Ulitin has already reacted to the incident and promised to take appropriate measures.

The anonymous Telegram channel Dubovskiy Bazar says that Nguyen was supported by another blogger. She filmed a video in which she was outraged that there were other graffiti on the building, including inscriptions containing obscene language. However, according to her, before the appearance of the wings, the object of cultural heritage was of no interest to anyone.

The House of the merchant Artamonov is an architectural monument of regional significance. Its construction was completed in 1913.

Earlier it became known that the police in the Chechen Republic punished several people who left inscriptions on the bumpers on the way to Lake Kezenoy-Am. The names of local settlements, male and female names, as well as car numbers were written on the structures with paint. Community service was identified as the culprits.
