Volodin: the parliaments of Russia and Belarus will have to develop a “roadmap” for integration
Presidents of Russia and Belarus Vladimir Putin and Alexander Lukashenko are doing everything so that the citizens of both countries benefit from disruptive decisions. This was stated by the Chairman of the State Duma Viacheslav Volodin in his Telegram channel.
So, the speaker of the lower house of parliament recalled the results of the meeting of the Supreme State Council of the Union State and the approval of union programs – in his words, this is an extremely important event for the peoples of the two states.
“Programs are aimed at improving the welfare of citizens, the formation of a common economic space: the creation of common markets for gas, oil and oil products, as well as electricity, the formation of a single agricultural and industrial policy, the development of common rules in various areas”, – he said.
Volodin stressed that as part of the implementation of the planned measures, the parliaments of Russia and Belarus have to do a lot of work in terms of further unification of the laws of the two countries. In particular, it will be necessary to develop a “road map” for the participation of deputies in the integration processes, to strengthen the interaction of the relevant committees of the State Duma and the National Assembly of Belarus, as well as to renew the deputation to the parliamentary assembly of the Union State.
On November 4, a meeting of the Supreme State Council of the Union the state. Putin and Lukashenko approved 28 union programs, which were agreed upon during negotiations in the Kremlin in September – they are aimed at unifying the legislation of Russia and Belarus in various spheres of the economy, economy and transport.
