Patriarch Bartholomew of Constantinople was discharged from hospital in New York
Patriarch Bartholomew of Constantinople was discharged from Mount Sinai hospital in New York stent. Archbishop Elpidophoros announced this on his Twitter account.
“We thank God that His Holiness Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew was discharged from Mount Sinai Hospital in New York in good health and good spirits.” he wrote. Bartholomew is expected to leave the US on Sunday, November 7.
The Patriarch was hospitalized during his 12-day visit to the United States. He felt fatigue from the long trip and the program of activities.
