In the “United Russia” do not see a reason to speak about dual citizenship at the Deputy of the state Duma singer Iosif Kobzon (EP). This was stated by first Deputy head of the Central Executive Committee of the party Konstantin Mazurowski, reports on Monday, February 20, “Interfax”.
“Kobzon Joseph Davydovich is not a citizen of a foreign state for the reason that [self-proclaimed] Donetsk Republic government is not” — said Mazurowski. He also pointed to the need to see the difference between the recognition of certain documents and the international recognition of the state.
Thus the representative of the EP commented on messages of some mass media that the lower house of Parliament must engage in “dual citizenship” Kobzon, who is the holder of the passport and the DNI.
On 18 February the President of Russia Vladimir Putin has signed the decree about recognition of the Russian Federation documents issued to citizens of Ukraine and stateless persons permanently residing on the territories of separate districts of Donetsk and Lugansk regions. Valid in any country recognized including identity cards and birth certificates, documents on education, qualifications, conclusion and termination of marriage, evidence on registration of vehicles and registration plates issued in the territories of these areas.
In the Kremlin, stressed that the decree of the Russian leader meets international standards and does not contradict the Minsk agreements.
On 16 February, the Presidium of the political Council of the Moscow branch of United Russia has deprived of the former Deputy of the state Duma singer Maria Maksakova membership in the party. The reason for this decision was data on that Maksakova has the German nationality. On the same day it became known about the membership of the Communist party spouse Maksakova — former state Duma Deputy, Denis Boronenkov. The party said that Voronenkov automatically ceased to be a member of the Communist party after he received the citizenship of Ukraine.
Joseph Kobzon is a Soviet and Russian singer, was born in the Donetsk region. The actor regularly visits the DND and LNR. Because of its position on Ukraine, he was included in the black list of the European Union, and Kiev shut him entry into the country. In the summer of 2016 Kobzon handed the passport of the DNI.
