The Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Medvedev urged the members of the Federation Council to make Russian legislation more stable. His statement is quoted by “Interfax” on Wednesday, February 15.
“Always raises in a certain sense the voltage when one of the Ministers, or Deputy, or member of the Federation Council wanted to promote some idea, and immediately written in the law about change of the most significant bases of the legislation of the country”, — said the Prime Minister at the meeting with the senators.
Medvedev stressed that the change of the laws “should be more conservative.”
On 13 February, the Deputy of Legislative Assembly of Leningrad region Vladimir Petrov said it plans to award the stars in the sky the authors of the most resonant bills.
In December last year, the speaker of the state Duma Vyacheslav Volodin has declared that the largest universities in the country involve the examination of bills, and this work will be systematic.
In the same month, the speaker of the Federation Council Valentina Matvienko has criticized the government for turning laws car without wheels. She cited the law on waste management, the timing of the entry into force of the provisions of which had been repeatedly postponed.
