The US President Donald trump has signed a decree suspending for 120 days the program of reception of refugees in the United States, RIA Novosti reported.
In accordance with the official document in 2017 America will take no more than 50 thousand persons. It is reported that the priority in reviewing applications for refugee status in the US will be given to persecuted religious minorities.
In addition, the United States plans to develop a special biometric system, control of all entering the country. Previously, Donald trump announced the introduction of a temporary ban on entering the US and suspend the issuance of visas for citizens of Syria, Iraq, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan and Yemen.
