Lviv miners refused to rise to the surface due to wage arrears

In the Lviv region, miners refused to rise from the mine before the payment of wages wage arrears. The head of the Independent Trade Union of Miners of Ukraine Mykhailo Volynets wrote about this on his Facebook page.

The first shift of miners remained inside the mine. The Chervonogradskaya mine belongs to the state-owned enterprise Lvovugol.

Earlier, miners of the Smolinskaya, Novokonstantinovskaya and Ingulskaya state mines in the Kirovograd region blocked the highway due to wage arrears. On the morning of the 13th, the miners refused to go underground. The protesters demanded to ensure the stable operation of the enterprise and pay off wage arrears. The protesters blocked the road near the village of Berezhinka and the village of Smolino. In total, the employer owes its employees $ 3 million.
