The diplomat emphasized that this is not a complete list of bilateral agreements being prepared between Moscow and New Delhi. According to him, agreements in the field of military-technical ties are also possible. “This will be a document of great importance, covering almost all aspects of bilateral relations,” Kudashev noted.
