Earlier, the former mayor of Riga, Latvian MEP Nil Ushakov said that Europe should recognize the certificates of citizens vaccinated against COVID-19 with the Russian drug Sputnik V. He called on Russia to take the same step with regard to European Pfizer and Moderna.
