Pension fund: three categories of Russians from December 1 will raise pensions due to automatic indexing

In particular, the increase in payments is due to citizens who celebrated their 80th anniversary in November. Their pension will double – up to 12,088.96 rubles.
So, pensioners who worked until August of this year, but quit in the last month of summer, can count on an increase. From December 2021, they will receive an automatic increase to their pension with an additional supplement for three months.
Citizens who have applied for recalculation can also apply for an increase in payments. Pension supplements will be credited automatically.
Earlier, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Economics of the RUDN University Elena Grigorieva spoke about the benefits provided to lonely Russian pensioners. The specialist explained that the country has a system of state support for single people of retirement age, which consists of two parts: material and social services.
