Russian tourists planning a vacation in Cuba have been explained the rules for entering the republic from November 15. The memo is published on the website of the Association of Tour Operators of Russia (ATOR).
According to the innovations, travelers traveling to Cuba must fill out an electronic D'Viajeros form 72 hours before departure, but no later than 12 hours before departure and receive QR code.
