Izvestia: Ukraine can use neural networks to track Russians who visited Crimea

The most likely options are the use of neural networks that collect data from social networks, and the purchase of data on the movements of Russians by the Ukrainian special services.
Until now, it is not known exactly where Kiev gets this information from. Security researcher and forensic scientist Dmitry Boroshchuk suggested that Ukraine began to use neural networks that monitor all the content of social networks with tags from Crimea and add citizens of Russia and other countries to the lists for verification.
“In any case, this is data from open sources, even if we are talking about special software. People post photos with geotags, which are parsed by software and correlated with an individual. That is, if we have the keywords “Crimea”, “Yalta” and we understand that the user is a citizen of one or another state, we can make the appropriate conclusion, “- said the expert.
Head of the department of information and analytical research of the company T.Hunter Igor Bederov, in turn, believes that the infrastructure of cellular operators can act as a potential source of data. He considers other channels most likely – the Rubezh and Magistral databases. According to him, the first collects data on the movements of Russians around the country, the second – abroad.
“It is known that such databases are regularly sold to a number of commercial services. You can connect to them at a reasonable price, “Bederov explained.
Earlier, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba responded to the words of Bulgarian President Rumen Radev, who called Crimea a part of Russia. According to Kuleba, Radev dealt a blow to the friendly relations between Ukraine and Bulgaria by declaring the Russian peninsula.
