Deputy Kartapolov: NATO is pushing Ukraine to reckless actions in Donbass in the Donbass. He stated this on the air of the Russia 24 TV channel, RIA Novosti reports
The deputy noted that instead of fulfilling the Minsk agreements, Kiev could take rash actions that could cost him very, very dearly. According to him, one cannot but cause concern that Western countries are leaving behind certain weapons systems, as well as means of communication, command and control, and intelligence in the country after the exercises in Ukraine, as this will only lead to an escalation of tension. At the same time, Kartapolov emphasized that even a small number of modern weapons systems near Kiev, such as the American Javelin anti-tank complexes, can greatly change the situation.
“And when they begin to rely so much on these Javelins, on these“ Bayraktars ” “They are in for a very serious disappointment, if God forbid, it comes down to business,” the parliamentarian summed up.
Earlier, the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Kirill Budanov said that Kiev for the first time used American portable anti-tank missiles in Donbass Javelin complexes. According to him, they will be used along with the Turkish Bayraktar drones and will become a significant psychological deterrent.
