Moscow Mayor Sobyanin: the number of migrants at construction sites has already more than halved 
The number of migrants at construction sites in Moscow has already decreased by more than two times a few days after the corresponding instruction. This was stated by Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin on the air of the TV channel “Russia 1”.
