Japan was scared of military exercises by Russia and China

The Japanese Foreign Minister is concerned about the joint exercises of Russia and China near the borders of the PRC

within which the military aviation of the countries conducted air patrols over the waters of the Japan and East China Seas. Japanese Foreign Minister Yoshimasa Hayashi noted that Tokyo was afraid of a possible threat to regional security, TASS reports.

“Through diplomatic channels, we conveyed our concerns about regional security to China and Russia,” Yoshimasa Hayashi explained.

The exercises of China and Russia were held at the end of October, including at the borders of the republic (PRC). South Korea and Japan raised their fighters in connection with joint patrols of Moscow and Beijing, but no violations of air borders were recorded.

The European Parliament also expressed concern about military research and technological development of Russia and China in the field of weapons using artificial intelligence. According to officials, such developments are being carried out without due attention to the risk to humanity
