Ministry of Internal Affairs: in 10 months of 2021, the number of murders in Russia decreased by 6.4 percent 
in Russia crime rate decreased by 1.9 percent compared to the same period in 2020. Irina Volk, an official representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, told Lenta.ru with reference to statistical information.
According to her, in 10 months of 2021, the number of murders and attempted murders decreased by 6.4 percent, and intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm – by 11.6 percent.
The number of robberies and robberies decreased by more than 17 percent. As Volk noted, every fourth crime in the country is committed using IT technologies. In 2021, the growth rate of such crime more than doubled.
Also, according to official data, the number of criminal acts involving adolescents has decreased by 15 percent.
