Actress and singer Natalia Oreiro, previously in November who received Russian citizenship, was vaccinated against the coronavirus with the Sputnik V vaccine. This is reported by TASS.

Oreiro has assured that in the future she does not plan to use other drugs for vaccination, except for the Russian one.

On November 10, it became known that a native of Uruguay, Natalia Oreiro, received a passport from the ambassador Russian Dmitry Feoktistov in Argentina. The artist read the oath of a citizen of Russia in Russian and Spanish.

The decree on granting Russian citizenship to the actress was signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin at the end of October. Oreiro talked about her decision to become a Russian woman back in 2020.

Previously, such celebrities as actors Gerard Depardieu and Stephen Segal, conductor Theodore Currentzis, boxer Roy Jones Jr. and artist Yuri Kuperman received Russian citizenship.

44-year-old Natalia Oreiro is best known for her leading role in the Argentinean TV series Wild Angel. Her discography includes three studio albums.
