Russian billionaire urged to prepare for war in Asia

Oleg Deripaska said about the risk of armed conflicts in Asia in the next three to four years , since the real danger is the armed conflicts in Asia, which may break out in three to four years. Russian billionaire Oleg Deripaska stated this in his Telegram channel.

“It would be reasonable, after assessing the real risks, to honestly say: we have no risk of getting serious problems in the western direction,” he said. But for large-scale conflicts in Asia and the Pacific, the billionaire admitted, Russia is not ready.

Deripaska urged to think about the future in connection with such a threat and change the current development priorities of the country. We are talking about a new strategy for the development of Eastern Siberia and the Far East, which would attract significant financial resources to the region – at least half of Russia's GDP.

To prepare for future problems, the businessman believes, it is necessary to relocate 5-6 million people , develop the infrastructure of the regions, create processing industries based on extracted raw materials, including developing agriculture.

Earlier, Deripaska warned that China, in its desire to create a unified state, could change the balance of power in the Asia-Pacific region, turn “From a plush panda to a strong dragon.”
