A stranger saved a mother and child who fell from a 30-meter height on a waterfall in the USA fell from a 30-meter waterfall and survived thanks to the help of a stranger. The Daily Mail writes about this.

The incident took place on Sunday, November 14, in the United States at one of the most popular tourist destinations in Oregon – the two-stage Multnomah Falls. An American woman with her two-year-old daughter walked along the trail that went over the landmark. On the bridge, the girl slipped and lost her balance – the mother tried to hold the child, but fell with him from a height of about 30 meters into the water.

At this time, another tourist, 33-year-old Shane Roundy, was standing at the bottom of the waterfall and was waiting for his daughter, who went to the toilet. The man heard screams and a crowd of people gathered at the fence. When the American learned that two people had fallen into the water, he immediately jumped over the railing into the water, thus flying about 5.5 meters down.

Roundy swam to the two-year-old girl and handed her over to other tourists , who, in turn, took off their dry clothes and tried to warm the child before the arrival of the rescuers. After the man returned and tried to pull the wounded woman out of the water, however, she asked him to protect her daughter. Later, emergency workers came to help the American woman.

She and her daughter were taken to a medical facility – it is noted that their injuries do not threaten their lives.

In August, a 71-year-old tourist slipped near the edge cliff and crashed to death in front of the family. The accident occurred in the province of Artvin in Turkey, in the northeast of the country, the moment of the fall was captured on video.
