The hematologist listed the reasons for the appearance of “oily” blood

Hematologist Trachtman: “fatty” blood speaks of problems with metabolism and nutrition detection of high fat content in it, said hematologist Pavel Trakhtman, radio Sputnik reports.

According to him, in some cases, such indicators indicate metabolic disorders. “More often found in overweight people with impaired cholesterol metabolism,” he listed the reasons for the diagnosis. Excess fat in the body of patients does not have time to be processed by enzyme systems. It circulates in the blood and leads to disease.

The hematologist added that the most famous of the diseases is atherosclerosis. “Fatty deposits on the walls of blood vessels narrow their lumen and cause some pretty dramatic health problems,” he explained. Most often, “oily” blood – the consequences of improper nutrition. Analyzes show such a result in those who have a lot of fatty foods in their diet and consume it on the eve of sample collection. “A significant portion of the fat will circulate for some time in human blood, giving it a rather peculiar appearance,” Trachtman noted.

“Oily” blood makes it difficult or distorts the conduct of biochemical and other studies. For example, a large amount of fatty particles can sometimes indicate syphilis. Doctors advise patients with “oily” blood to retake the analysis, but follow all the rules exactly before the procedure.

Earlier, the doctor and TV presenter Alexander Myasnikov said that the use of greens is associated with the appearance of blood clots. These foods contain vitamin K, which acts as an “antagonist” to drugs used to treat thrombosis.
