Superjob survey: 37 percent of Russians experience high levels of stress at work every day the Superjob service. This is reported by RBC.
According to the survey, the results were unevenly distributed among those who go to work willingly and those who dislike their work.
Only 6 percent of Russians experience no stress at all at work, 8 percent reported very low stress, 12 percent reported low stress, 35 percent moderate stress, 20 percent high stress. At the same time, almost every fifth (17 percent) reported a very high level of stress, and 2 percent of respondents found it difficult to answer.
At the same time, among those who love their job, 27 percent of respondents. And among those who do not like their way of earning, their share has reached 60 percent. Employees who are satisfied with work most often report average stress levels – this is how 37 percent of them described their situation.
Previously, Russians talked about which cities in the country they would like to move to for work. According to the poll, Moscow, St. Petersburg, Sochi, Krasnodar and Vladivostok are in the top five of the most coveted settlements. Among the advantages of these cities, respondents named the standard of living (35 percent), wages (32), climate (30), the availability of jobs (27) and the ability to build a career faster (17).
