The court detained the Primorsky deputy from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, Artyom suspected of pedophilia. This was reported to RIA Novosti by a representative of the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia in Primorsky Territory.
“At the request of the investigator of the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in Primorsky Territory, the court chose a preventive measure against a deputy of the Legislative Assembly of Primorsky Territory in the form of detention “, – said the interlocutor of the agency.
A criminal case was opened against Samsonov under paragraph” b “of Part 4 of Article 132 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation -years old. ”
The investigation believes that the deputy, being two years ago on the territory of a recreation center in Vladivostok, showed a dildo to an 11-year-old child and told about the purpose of this object. Samsonov was detained on November 17.
As a sign of disagreement with the investigative actions, Samsonov went on a hunger strike.
