The work of the Russian rapper Morgenstern will not be examined again for the presence of drugs. This is reported by the Telegram channel Mash.

The hip-hop artist will be checked under Part 3 of Article 230 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Inducing a minor to use drugs”). The subject of the examination of the Investigative Committee of Russia (TFR) was the video for the song Rablo. The social networks of the members of the Morgenstern film crew will also be studied: the advertiser Artyom Klyushin, who was distributing the musician's clips on the Internet, and the cameraman Alexander Romanov.
At the moment, the TFR has established that Morgenstern's work “promotes a parasitic lifestyle, deviant behavior, drug propaganda “. In the message of the TFR, it is separately noted that the target audience of the musician consists of minors. The issue of initiating a criminal case is being resolved.
This summer, Morgenstern was fined for drug propaganda. The expertise was carried out in relation to his videos for the compositions “Rosé Wine 2” and Family. The perpetrator was found guilty under Part 1 of Article 6.13 (“Propaganda or illegal advertising of narcotic drugs”) of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. The Zyuzinsky District Court of Moscow ordered the artist to pay an administrative fine of 100 thousand rubles.
