According to him, 80 percent of the tariff component is cost energy carriers, the price of electricity and gas. At the same time, Klitschko said, the mayors did everything “so that tariffs for the population did not increase -” and agreed, and a memorandum was signed with the government, Naftogaz, in which they determined the price of gas and compensation to cities. “
