Since November 2020, a square meter of elite real estate in the primary market in this area has risen the most – by 86 percent to 557.1 thousand rubles. The Rostokino area took the second place in value growth – there the “square” of housing rose by 49 percent to 441.7 thousand rubles.

Analysts named the Alekseevsky district in third place (by 44 percent to 401 thousand rubles), and fourth place was shared by Shchukino and Pokrovskoe-Streshnevo with an annual price increase of 41 percent – up to 370.5 and 312.4 thousand rubles, respectively.

The lowest price per square meter of elite housing rose in Danilovsky (by 22 percent to 406 , 7 thousand rubles) and Basmann (by 26 percent to 449.8 thousand rubles) districts, as well as in Ramenki (by 28 percent to 413.7 thousand rubles).

According to CIAN estimates, in the primary market old Moscow, about 12 thousand apartments and business class apartments. The average city price per square meter of this type of real estate increased by 29 percent over the year and reached 385.5 thousand rubles.

Previously, analysts identified the districts of Moscow with the most expensive housing in the “secondary housing”. Krylatskoye became the leader – the price per square meter there increased by 46 percent to 292.3 thousand rubles. It is followed by Meshchansky district with 45 percent growth (499.2 thousand rubles) and Altufevsky district with 44 percent (245.7 thousand rubles).
