A new expert was appointed to the accused of the murder of two girls in Rybinsk

In Yaroslavl, a third examination has been assigned to a person accused of murdering two sisters in Rybinsk

According to the agency, the decision to conduct an examination was made during the next court hearing in a criminal case, and therefore it was postponed. The date of the next meeting has not yet been determined. Apparently, this will happen after the results of the medical research are obtained. This examination for the accused will be the third since the arrest, the two previous ones were held in Yaroslavl and St. Petersburg.

On September 19, 2020, the Rybinsk City Court arrested Vitaly Molchanov, accused of murdering and raping two sisters aged 8 and 13. The girls' mother met a man on the Internet and about a month ago she moved to him from another city with her daughters. Returning from work after a night shift, she found the children dead. The bodies of the schoolgirl sisters had multiple stab wounds. Investigators found that the girls were sexually abused.

After that, the suspect disappeared – the investigators found him while combing the area.
