The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine denied the detention of illegal migrants in the Chernobyl exclusion zone

“This information does not correspond to reality. There were no detentions of migrants who entered the Chernobyl zone, “the ministry said.

Earlier, a video appeared in the media, in which, presumably, Ukrainian security forces are catching a group of migrants who illegally crossed the border with Belarus and found themselves in the Chernobyl exclusion zone. According to illegal immigrants who turned out to be citizens of Afghanistan and Pakistan, they were brought to the territory of Ukraine by a Belarusian guide.
