Thief in law Rashad Ganjinsky overseeing Moscow will be convicted of murder

ICR: Investigation of the case of thief in law Rashid Ismailov, accused of murders, has been completed known in the criminal world as Rashad Ganja. Yulia Ivanova, a representative of the Moscow Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia (TFR), told Lente.ru about this.

According to her, the authority is accused of murder, illegal arms trafficking and occupying a high position in the criminal hierarchy.

Ganja is the overseer of Moscow. His case was sent for confirmation of the indictment, and then transferred to the court for consideration on the merits.

According to the investigation, Ismailov was involved in the murder of two people in May 2009. He and his accomplices arrived at a cafe on the Izmailovsky Highway and shot a car with two men. They died on the spot from their wounds. The motive for the reprisal was revenge for the murder of a close acquaintance of Ismailov.

He has been a thief in law since 2013. The authority was responsible for filling the common fund for financial support of prisoners in pre-trial detention centers and colonies, appointed representatives of the underworld to lower levels of the criminal hierarchy, held thieves' meetings.

Ismailov has been repeatedly convicted of various crimes. A criminal case was opened against him in August 2020 after his return from Belarus, where he was serving his sentence. Rashad Ganjinsky staged an armed showdown in Minsk with the Belarusian thief in law Alexander Kushnerov (Sasha Kushner), for which he was sentenced to ten years in prison. However, the Supreme Court of Belarus decided to release him ahead of schedule for 8 years and 3 months.
