State Duma Deputy Zhuravlev: It is useful for Europe to observe Russian military maneuvers 
Europe at the moment, under the influence of the United States, is not ready for dialogue with Moscow, but when they mature there, Russia will take a step forward, said Deputy Head of the State Duma Defense Committee Alexei Zhuravlev, commenting on the words of Russian President Vladimir Putin about narrowing cooperation with the EU states, writes RIA Novosti.
As the deputy said, European politicians accuse Russia of deliberately transferring refugees to aggravate the situation on the Belarusian-Polish border. The politician believes that the West refuses to cooperate with Russia, but Moscow is ready to wait, because “it has nowhere to rush.” “We are not going to try to please them somehow. Let them observe our exercises, military maneuvers, it is useful for them, “he said.
When Europe is ripe for dialogue with Moscow, then Russia will take a step forward, he added. “The later European politicians understand the need for friendship with Russia, the worse it is only for Europe itself,” the politician emphasized.
Earlier, Putin said that Western partners are superficial about Moscow's warnings about the red lines, so it is necessary to ensure serious and long-term guarantees of border security.
