Ex-President of Georgia Saakashvili will be transferred to a military hospital 80 kilometers from Tbilisi

Sources specified that it was decided to send the ex-head of state to a medical institution located 80 kilometers from Tbilisi. Saakashvili's lawyer Beki Basilai said that the detainee who fainted after a long hunger strike was opened his eyes with his hands. Then he was taken out of the meeting room and taken away in an unknown direction.
Saakashvili went on a hunger strike on October 1. Later it became known that the politician in the Rustavi prison eats porridge and drinks natural juices. Eating food during the hunger strike caught the camera lenses.
Mikhail Saakashvili was detained in Georgia on October 1 after he illegally entered the country. The politician was imprisoned under a sentence that was passed in absentia to him in the cases of the murder of banker Sandro Girgvliani several years ago.
