Russian billionaire called an easy way to survive in retirement

Becar President Alexander Sharapov advised Russians to buy “pension odnushki” retired – in his opinion, you can ensure yourself a decent old age by buying a “pension odnushka”. In another way, it is difficult to save up for retirement in Russia, and the payments themselves for the elderly are not high, the businessman said in an interview with the BN.ru portal.

Answering the question about the investment potential of real estate, Sharapov noted that the apartment, “especially the pension one,” is easily rented out. “Because either my children or my friends and acquaintances rented such an apartment. And when I buy such a house, I quite clearly understand how to rent it out, ”the entrepreneur explained.

According to him, the purchase of apartments for rent is a tool that is popular not only in Russia, but also in China, India, Brazil, “where both stock markets and life insurance are underdeveloped.” “Everything is the same: an apartment is bought in order to save up and somehow provide for old age,” the billionaire said. He advised those who have already bought “five odnushki” to think about investing in street retail, office real estate.

The businessman also said that the rise in housing prices in Russia will continue for a number of reasons, among which are state support of the mortgage market and reduction of the land bank for developers. “Over the past 30 years, the ruble has depreciated 44 thousand times! And real estate protects us from inflation, it grows at an outstripping rate of two to three percent – naturally, in the long term, there are ups and downs in short periods. Therefore, I do not expect any rebound in prices [for housing] in Russia, “Sharapov concluded.

Earlier, the Russian billionaire Igor Rybakov advised Russians not to get into debt in any way. The businessman called the mortgage “stupid stupidity” and “a noose around the neck.” Apartments have long ceased to be a good investment, the billionaire added.
