In Rostov-on-Don, a case was opened against a man who threw his 10-month-old daughter against a wall
In Rostov-on-Don after a quarrel with his partner, a drunken man threw their ten-month-old daughter's head on a concrete wall, according to the website of the regional investigation department of the Investigative Committee of Russia.
After the incident, the child was taken to the regional children's clinical hospital. The harm to the girl's health is qualified as grave.
A case has been initiated against the 24-year-old Russian citizen under paragraphs “c” and “d” of part 2 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code (“Attempted Murder”).
The question of arresting the suspect is now being decided.
