The Russians named a good reason to abandon travel and stay at home

OneTwoTrip: quarantine upon arrival in the country scares off 83.8 percent of Russians from travel undergoing quarantine upon arrival in the country. This became known from the results of a survey of the travel planning service OneTwoTrip, which was received by the editorial office of Lenta.ru.

Thus, 83.8 percent of travelers will prefer to stay at home if upon arrival in the country they need to pass self-isolation. Slightly fewer (80.1 percent) named the obligation to pass a PCR test as the main condition for refusing to travel. Also, 55.3 percent of respondents change plans if the events they were going to are canceled.

In addition, experts found out which restrictions frighten Russians less. It is noted that 62.2 percent of survey participants will not cancel their planned trip if cafes and restaurants are closed. Another 60.3 percent of respondents will not be embarrassed by the requirement to present a QR code to visit catering establishments. About half of the respondents (54.8 percent) are ready to travel around Russia, even if a QR code is required for the flight.

It was reported that due to the imposed restrictions, 14.6 percent of tourists refused to travel to Russia, nine percent each – from travel to Italy, Spain and Turkey, 7.3 percent each – to the Czech Republic and the United States, 4.8 percent – to South Korea. At the same time, 17 percent of survey participants said that the new requirements did not affect their movements in any way. The opinions of the remaining 22 percent of respondents were strongly divided.

Earlier in November, it became known that Russians are ready to massively abandon the planned vacation if the trip becomes possible only with the presentation of a QR code – 75 percent of survey participants said this … Only four percent of respondents are ready to get vaccinated for the sake of being able to travel freely. Another 12 percent already have a QR code that allows them to plan trips.
