Lawyer: Criminal prosecution of Alexander Kokorin's father-in-law for the attack does not threaten

A criminal lawyer shared his reasoning regarding the consequences and possible punishment for Valitov from the point of view of the law. Kalinov stressed that in this case we can only talk about a civil case. Lev Matveev, who was attacked by Valitov, can file a claim for damage to property. Criminal prosecution does not threaten Kokorin's father-in-law, since he did not harm Matveyev's health.
Earlier on November 17, it became known that Valitov attacked the head of a large IT company Lev Matveyev. Kokorin's father-in-law decided that the man was moving too fast in a car. Waiting for Matveyev to stop at the gate of his own cottage, Valitov approached him, hit the car, and then attacked Matveyev himself.
The incident took place in the Moscow region. Matveev has already contacted the police. In his opinion, the attacker was under the influence of drugs.
