The outraged author of the publication wrote that the boss asked all subordinates to come to work 15 minutes earlier, at 6:45 am, to load all the necessary systems and start performing tasks at 7 am. He added that one day he decided to check the time sheet and noticed that every day starts at 7 am, and the extra 15 minutes are not counted.
The employee was indignant and began to come to the office at exactly seven, and not at 6:45. Then the supervisor moved the start time of his work to 7:10 am. As a result, for several months, the author of the post reworked every week for free, although he never was late for the office and did not break the schedule.
The employee, dissatisfied with the behavior of the manager, asked the Reddit users for advice. On the recommendation of a commentator, he approached a workers' rights company. Thanks to the employees of the organization, the author of the post found a legal way to get compensation for overwork.
Earlier it was reported that the bartender received an SMS at night from his boss asking him not to drink and immediately quit. He was also outraged that the manager asked him to take a shift outside of working hours.
