Frank RG recognized Sber as the best bank in small business lending 
Sber became the best bank in the field of small business lending according to the Frank Small Business Loans Award 2021. The award was presented based on the results of the Frank RG study “Lending to Small Business in Russia – 2021”, according to the press service of the credit institution.
“Recently we have made a lot of efforts to finance for small businesses it was available 24/7 and was provided to clients within minutes without visiting offices and providing paper documents. We managed to achieve this and we are not going to stop, “said Alexey Shashkin, Director of the Small and Micro Business Division of Sberbank.
He also announced that Sberbank will continue to develop various lending formats and installments, including marketplaces of large companies. The organization also plans to implement government and its own business support programs, expand the range of services to improve the efficiency of doing business from companies in the Sberbank ecosystem. Thus, Shashkin concluded, it will be even more comfortable for entrepreneurs to interact with the bank.
