Emirates.Estate: in October, the demand for properties in the UAE among Russians increased by 32.6 percent 
In October 2021, the demand for purchase of real estate in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) among Russians increased by 32.6 percent compared to September. The fact that Russians actually rushed to buy houses in this country is stated in the materials of the Emirates.Estate portal provided to Lente.ru.
October 2021 became a record number of requests for the first time since 2018. In relation to the demand for the same period of 2020, the indicator increased by 101.3 percent, and compared to 2019 – by 74.5 percent.
According to experts, in total for the first ten months of 2021 interest of Russians to facilities in the UAE increased by 65 percent compared to 2020 demand. In January-October 2019, Russians were interested in such real estate by 66.7 percent less.
As for the average number of requests, during this period it grew by 58.5 percent compared to 2020 and by 55 , 3 percent compared to 2019.
In September 2021, Emirates.Estate experts concluded that Russian demand for rental housing in the UAE increased more than 2.5 times compared to September 2020. The number of requests increased by 176 percent.
