Moscow has become the city with the highest prices per square meter of housing
Rosbank named the Russian cities with the highest housing prices. They were Moscow, Sochi, St. Petersburg, Vladivostok and Kazan, RIA Novosti reports.
So, in October, the price per square meter of housing in Moscow averaged 271.5 thousand rubles, in Sochi – 220 thousand rubles, in St. Petersburg – 172.5 thousand rubles. About 146.4 thousand rubles will have to be paid per square meter in Vladivostok, and 108.8 thousand – in Kazan. In addition, expensive real estate in Nizhny Novgorod, Ufa, Krasnoyarsk, Voronezh and Perm.
The highest prices in the primary and secondary housing markets in Moscow, Sochi, Krasnogorsk, St. Petersburg, Vladivostok, Sevastopol, Kazan, Blagoveshchensk … In the capital, a square meter of new buildings costs 293 thousand rubles, secondary housing – 271.2 thousand rubles. In addition, Krasnodar (109.9 thousand rubles) and Nizhny Novgorod (108.7 thousand rubles) entered the top ten leaders in the cost of housing in the primary market, and Khabarovsk (103.9 thousand rubles) and Krasnodar (102.7 thousand rubles).
Earlier it was reported that the demand for housing is gradually shifting outside Moscow. Due to the sharp rise in prices for real estate in the capital, potential buyers of apartments are looking for alternative options in the Moscow region.
