Rostov Region became one of the leaders in the use of digital public services by the population
Rostov Region in 2021 may again become one of the best digital regions of Russia. In recent years, the region has noticeably improved its position in the ranking of the subjects of the Russian Federation in terms of the level of digitalization and the convenience of providing public services to the population. If in 2016 the region was ranked 49th, then at the end of 2020 it became the fifth in this list.
“We purposefully went to ensure that Don did not lag behind, but was ahead of other regions in terms of digital engagement , – said the governor Vasily Golubev. “The authorities must serve the interests of the population with high quality and quickly, the direct way to this is electronic document circulation and the provision of electronic services.”

In particular, a modern and extensive infrastructure of the MFC has been created in the region. Every year, the MFC of the Rostov region registers almost 5 million requests for the provision of services. At the same time, the satisfaction of the region's residents with the quality of the MFC's work remains at a level of at least 97 percent.
In the context of restrictive measures, the MFC continues to work to popularize the electronic form of receiving services. In the last four months alone, in multifunctional centers, residents of the Don were provided with more than 300 thousand services for registration of SNILS and registration of accounts on the portal of public services.
As for electronic services, today more than 4 million people are registered on the portal of public services that allows you to quickly and without leaving your home to receive any of the more than 3000 services. It is no coincidence that residents of the Don Territory actively use electronic services. Since the beginning of 2021, 8.8 million applications have been served through the regional public services.
