Excessive bureaucracy in the pharmaceutical sector hinders the emergence of new drugs on the market. Such an obstacle to the emergence of drugs in Russia was named by President Vladimir Putin at a meeting on the development of genetic technologies on Wednesday, November 17. The President also noted the need for thorough research of drugs before they go to the mass consumer.
“Nevertheless, excessive bureaucracy also hinders,” the head of state emphasized .
Earlier, Dmitry Peskov said that negotiations between Russia and the European Union on the mutual recognition of certificates for vaccination against COVID-19 are progressing positively. According to him, it is currently impossible to designate specific dates. The spokesman for the head of state added that this is necessary for both EU citizens and Russians.
